Like a deep-rooted friendship or a well performing sports team a professional setting need to be gathered around a shared set of values, a purpose and an agreement on how we get there. We need to be clear on who does what and how we do it. Together we will investigate rhythms, rules and tools in order to identify and clarify what is needed to reduce the misalignment and waste. By deeply understanding our product, customers and stakeholders we will develop our team, trust and culture.
HOW.
For 30 years I have been forming teams, partly without knowing, lately very focused. So from the playground to the ground where I now play I amplify fundamental dynamics of which a team consists. By investigating personal preferences, skills, roles and responsibilities, stakeholders, learning rhythms and tacit rules I speed up a team to become trustful and high performing.
